Mission Statement
The Rebound PDX is a kiki ball that has been held in Portland, Oregon since 2022. Our bimonthly ball has provided a space for performers in the Pacific Northwest to gather, perform and celebrate ballroom culture. We are devoted to ethically spreading the legacy of ballroom in the PNW through events, classes, panels and performances.
In 2024, The Rebound evolved to become a 503(c) non-profit. In these challenging times we strive to develop a strong and active ‘chosen family,’ especially for queer and trans youth in Portland. We gratefully invite collaboration from organizations and individuals aligned with our mission
